What does it cost?
Five percent on top of the order, shown in the quote before you post. For example, four basic edits at $5 each come to $20, or $21 with the service fee. Only charged on delivered work.
When does the editor get paid?
When you approve the cut. The fee is taken when you post the brief and sits against the order until you release it.
What if the cut is wrong?
Ask for a revision. Rounds are agreed in the brief, and the review room keeps every note against a timestamp.
What if we cannot agree?
Open a dispute. The order freezes, both sides submit the thread, and a person reads it.
Is there a minimum?
No. A single video is a valid order.
Which formats do you deliver?
Vertical first: 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, plus Spark Ads cutdowns. Square and landscape on request.
